REGISTRATION

BEFORE YOU PROCEED:

  • YOUR NAF MEMBERSHIP MUST NOT BE EXPIRED. You can create or renew your NAF membership with us;

  • PAYMENT MUST BE SETTLED 24H AFTER OUR REPLY TO YOUR REGISTRATION. Registrations without payment in proper time will be canceled;

  • WE’LL REFUND ANY CANCELATION PRIOR TO THE END OF EARLY BIRD: after that period no refunds will be done. Nonetheless we’ll keep all items you’ve purchased – they can be picked up at the event or we can send them to you after at the extra cost of shipment;

  • IF YOU’VE PURCHASED THE TICKET AND CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE TOURNAMENT, you’re welcome to offer/sell your registration to another player who can attend in your stead if you notify us, but you’re not allowed to resell at a superior value – doing so will cancel that registration and you’ll be banned from this event and it’s future editions;

  • REGISTRATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER THE EVENT IS FULL WILL BE PLACED IN WAITING LIST: if cancelation occurs, invitation will be sent for you for proceed to make the payment and fill the vacancy;

  • If you aren’t able to attend but still want some of the custom items, contact us.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

  1. DON’T FORGET TO PUCHASE THE TICKET if you want to SIGN UP;
  2. You can add desired extras (optional) – these can be seen in MERCHANDISE section, limited to stock;
  3. IF YOU ONLY WANT EXTRAS don’t click “sign up” on the ticket, just add the EXTRAS;
  4. You’ll receive an e-mail allowing you to pay the registration via PayPal – for other payment options please contact us;
  5. Once the payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail validating your registration;
  6. No communication is automated, so please allow us 24h to confirm and reply to any step.
